We have been involved in development projects in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. We have the capability to not just project manage the development process but carry out the entire construction process.

The fact we have the in-house capability and team, to not only manage the development but to become the developer and carry out any site works, which would otherwise be sub contracted out, ensures that we can mitigate the associated risks and maximise the margins earned by our partners.

O’Flynn Capital Partners has experience in the development management and construction roles on a number of very successful schemes ensuring the delivery of projects from planning right through to letting/sale are handled in a professional and business-like manner.
